Through strategic surveillance, we obtained video evidence showing the individual moving freely—contradicting the claims made on their Worker’s Compensation report.

In another case, we were tasked with monitoring an individual who had been on Worker’s Compensation for nearly a year and was seeking an extension due to reported lack of progress in recovery. The employer wanted verification of the individual’s true condition before approving further compensation.
Over the course of a week, our team observed the subject’s daily routine. Despite claims of difficulty performing basic movements and an inability to drive, our surveillance quickly revealed otherwise. The individual was seen driving regularly, grocery shopping, and carrying bags without any apparent struggle. By blending into the urban setting—posing as fellow shoppers and discreetly positioning vehicles—we were able to document clear evidence of physical capability. However, urban surveillance is not without risk, as increased foot traffic and bystanders can sometimes raise suspicion about an investigator’s presence.
